ADMINISTRATIVE:
Operations Administrator - Provide support to Controls (Indirect) Operations personnel. Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, must be computer fluent, advanced with MS Excel, Outlook, and Wennsoft, able to multi-task, confidential, works well independently, familiar with contracting and controls.
Part-time Parts Driver - Transport materials and supplies between Largo office and Gaithersburg office, and also transport items to specific job sites on occasion. Requirements: Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record, able to drive parts truck as required, no restrictions on learning to operate a forklift, able to lift 30 lbs, and high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: understanding of HVAC.
ENGINEERING:
Assistant Project Manager - Responsible for providing project management and technical support to the Account Manager during all aspects of a project from initial conception to final close-out, interacting with consulting engineers and contractors, and working with experienced administrative support person. Requirements: Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience, Mechanical preferred, minimum two years experience in construction industry, must have technical knowledge, detail and customer oriented, great communication and phone skills, fluent in MS Office, Outlook and Access.
Sales Engineer (Experienced) - Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with a focus on Consulting Engineers and Technical Owners. Requirements: Minimum two years experience in HVAC equipment or controls Sales, Bachelors degree in engineering, fluent in Microsoft Office and Outlook, motivated, self-starter, able to work independently, and customer service oriented. Preferred: knowledge or experience in HVAC Systems and construction process.
TECHNICAL:
Service Engineers (Journeyman Level) - We are looking for candidates with outstanding skills for Journeyman-level positions with our Service Department. Requirements: 5 years verifiable experience in HVAC service, CFC Certification, Maryland and DC HVAC license, clean driving record, willing to travel throughout our service area.
