The Washington Business Journal looks for companies and non-profits that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. Employees of the nominated companies completed a third-party survey, and the results were evaluated based on employee opinions regarding their environment and leadership.
This year, the Washington Business Journal received a record number of submissions, and the selections were revealed at a virtual event on May 20th.
