A Letter To Our Valued Clients and Partners

Boland continues to closely monitor developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with a focus on protecting the health and well-being of our employees while simultaneously continuing to offer the best-in-class service that our partners and customers have come to expect.
With new concerns of the Delta Variant, we wanted to send a quick message to all of our clients and partners to ensure we are doing everything we can to help each and every one of you. At Boland, we are open for business to serve our clients!
Employee Safety
Our Boland facilities remain open for any and all service requests and are providing responses to service issues like any other day. To comply with the most current state and local governance, we will be requiring face masks at our Boland HQ.
On-Site Protocol
We will continue to provide our contract customers with their inspections provided we are able to access their location(s). If your facility has any updates and/or changes regarding COVID-19 requirements, please reach out to our HR team at HR@boland.com and we will respond accordingly.
Our Service Coordinators and Technicians have been instructed to reach out and schedule our inspections to be certain access is permitted. We will continue to support all our contractor clients with start-up and warranty support and hope to provide training as planned in the coming months for large groups.
Boland Supply
Our three Boland Supply showrooms continue to operate safely!
To comply with the most current state and local governance, we will be requiring face masks at our Gaithersburg and Largo location. At this time, masks are not required at our Chantilly location. We are still here to serve you in any way we can.
